Personal Coaching
“Most of the time, I know what I need to do, but it helps when there is a “coach” in your corner to back you up and encourage you to keep going. You have been a source of encouragement for me. Not only encouragement, but an inspiration.”

“I went through a period of significant weight gain and stress where job requirements took precedence over everything including my health. You have helped me to reset my priorities by making exercise and well-being a top priority for me and my family. I find that I actually have more physical and mental energy, as well as stamina, resulting in more productive days at work and more rewarding times with my family!”

“Before I started coaching sessions with you, I was faced with being very unorganized, my thoughts were unorganized, my closet was unorganized, and it seemed that I could not pull it together. You enabled me to prioritize things, starting with having a goal for each outcome. I wanted my closet to be organized and you ask me to write my goals down with completion dates. This really helped me to be accountable for my goals.
In the four coaching sessions that I received I took a lifetime of knowledge with me. I learned that if I really want something I have to set realistic goals and I have to not just forget them, I actually have to hold myself responsible for what I want to accomplish. I organized my closet; I am now able to cook for my family 5 out of 7 days, which this is good because I was only cooking 2 or 3 days a week. I am now doing a ten-minute abs routine everyday. I think coaching is a great benefit and everyone should have a great coach such as you; you are absolutely wonderful and full of encouragement. Thanks Diane!”

“Coaching has provided me with the tools to reach my personal goals. I have procrastinated over the years and now I am more focused than ever. Like most people, my schedule is full with family, work and other activities. I have learned how to maximize my time and fit in what’s important to me. You have inspired me to move ahead with my lifelong dream of writing!”

Dear Ms. Randall,
Just a short note thanking you for validating this ”significant crossroad in my life,” career change.
I’m 54 years old, very creative and have been collecting “drawers” full of passions or your eloquent description of a “closet entrepreneur” for years.
I was being tugged out of bed this morning at 3 a.m. with a feeling of “inner turmoil and sense of frustration” …seeking validation, inspiration and information.
Your 6 key points have in a nutshell, pinpointed exactly what self-help reading materials have not been able to translate into simple catch words and phrases… clarity, imagination, life reflection, life inventory, pursuing dreams through transition and starting right now!!!!
I may now effectively begin the task of sorting through my drawers of ideas, knowing the choices I make will significantly influence my life after 54… chapter two.
Diane Randall, my “ideamarketer,” motivation and inspiration.
What a fabulous and informative website. I will pass it on to my many friends currently “crossroading.”
You’ve definitely Accelerated my Life!!
Sincerely, Barbara Chavarria

Kudos to The Post staff!
Hi Amy,
I was so impressed with The Post issue your Mom shared with me in April! Great information and interesting reading. Makes me wish I lived in Forest Park. What a fun “happening place.” Wish Peoria had all the nice pubs and eating places.
I enjoy the articles written by Mary Win Connor and Diane Randall, as well as the food & wine information from Jim Matthews. Your magazine covers it all. Keep up the good work.
I can relate to your “Office Tools” item in the July/August issue. (The birthday singing at restaurants drives me nuts!!) You are doing a great job and fantastic service for your community.
Sincerely, Kay Bergquist

”Your teleconference was absolutely fantastic and very engaging. Thank you so much for inviting me to the conference. I learned a lot and listening in reminded me of why I am in health counseling, because I want to follow my passion. I was able to really pinpoint things in my life; the things I need to work on in terms of why I am craving sugar and certain secondary foods. When really I am craving primary foods. “
~ Lineata Carter, Health Coach
“I just listened to your sugar blues teleseminar it was such an awakening moment now my head is spinning with all the things I need to change.”
~ Sheila Porter, Supervisor
“I caught the last half hour of your class, but I wanted to let you know I really enjoyed what I heard. Thanks for the coaching notes. I quit smoking 2 weeks ago and hope these coaching actions will keep me on a healthy path. Gratefully.”
