The problem is when you get stuck in one of these negative phases. It harms your relationships, career potential, health and well-being – pretty much every area of your life that could possibly bring you happiness.

What if I told you that you could change it all, just by unlearning a few things? You see, many of your self-destructive behaviors and attitudes were taught to you at birth and have been continuously reinforced over time.
